Atlanta Air Cargo Association Scholarship
The Atlanta Air Cargo Association Scholarship is established in 2001 by the AACA. The AACA has been an organization since 1969. At the time it was created, its mission was to promote the interests of members who work in the field of air cargo transportation through the establishment of a network of contacts; promote the exchange of common ideas and discussion among members of the Association; to provide a forum and clearinghouse for members to exchange views, ideas and information to keep them informed of trends and developments in the field of air cargo transportation; to establish educational programs and activities in order to encourage the professional development of members in air cargo transportation and allied fields of commerce; and to promote professional growth, education, leadership, common cause and social activities among members employed in the field of air cargo transportation and allied fields. The Atlanta Air Cargo Association Scholarship is available to students majoring in International Trade, Logistics and/or Transportation with a cumulative grade point average of 2.5.

Georgia Southern works closely with Financial Aid, Admissions and the College of Graduate Studies and more to ensure that student recipients are selected based on the intent of the fund and the wishes of the donor.
