Cynthia Howard Scholarship

Established in 2015 by her husband, this scholarship memorializes the life of Cynthia Howard. Howard was born in Reidsville, Georgia, but lived in New York and Nashville, Tennessee. She lived most of her life in Savannah working as the Secretary and Treasurer for the family business, Howard Electrical Contractor, Inc. This scholarship is available to an undergraduate junior or senior majoring in Respiratory Therapy. The recipient must have conducted research on interstitial lung diseases or pulmonary fibrotic disease, as well have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
