Judith F. McLaughlin and the Jeffrey C. McLellan Endowment
Established in 2002, this scholarship is available to students accepted into the Masters of Public Health Community Health Graduate program. Dr. McLaughlin served as a professor of Public Health and was named Associate Professor Emerita of Public Health in 2003. She holds a B.A. from Berea College (1966), an M.S. from The Ohio State University (1971), and a Ph.D. from Southern Illinois University (1980 and 1997). Dr. McLellan earned his B.S. from the University of Illinois, a master’s and Ph.D. from the University of Toledo, and attended law school at the University of Georgia. He served as a university attorney for Georgia Southern University and as an assistant professor at the University of Georgia. This recipient must have an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher and must be a resident of Georgia.
