Kappa Sigma Memorial Scholarship for Kappa Zeta Chapter

When Monty Davis and Lee Murray, both Georgia Southern alumni and Kappa Sigma brothers, died quite suddenly just a few months from one another, a few of the brothers decided to establish a scholarship. The scholarship was to awarded annually to a Kappa Sigma undergraduate student that excels in academics, service to the community, GSU and is actively involved in the fraternity.

Words of wisdom to the scholars. Treat you academics as your first professional job. Use the time to prepare for life after college. Make friends, join on campus organizations and give to your school and community. Have fun! After college maintain your friendships and contacts that you made at Georgia Southern. Finally, continue to support your alma mater.
