United Payors and United Providers University Honors Program Scholarship

This scholarship was established in 1998 by Thomas L. and Alice M. Blair. United Payors and United Provides serves as a financial and technology interface between healthcare payors and health care providers. UP&UP’s National Provider Network is available in all fifty states and is growing by forty hospitals per month. Mr. Blair founded UP&UP as well as America’s Health Plan, Inc. He served as former Chairman for FedMed, Inc, former Principal at Jurgovan & Blair, Inc., former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of UP&UP, Inc., and former President and Chief Executive Officer for America’s Health Plan, Inc. This scholarship is available to members of the University Honors Program.
