Hussey, Gay, Bell, and DeYoung, Inc., is a civil engineering and architecture firm located in Statesboro and Savannah, Georgia. This scholarship was established in 2001 to aid the next generation of civil engineers in obtaining an education. This scholarship is available for junior or senior level students who are residents of South Georgia or South Carolina.
