The Farmers and Merchants Bank of Sylvania Scholarship

Established in 1982, this scholarship is available to full-time traditional students who are majoring in any field from Screven County. Farmers and Merchants Bank was chartered in 1946 by a group of local businessmen and the stock was bought by local farmers and fellow businessmen in Sylvania. Today, a majority of the stock of F&M is owned by the children and grandchildren of the original investors.
