Sally Janese Hendrix Memorial Scholarship

Established in 2004, this scholarship memorialized the life of Georgia Southern freshman Sally Janese Hendrix. Janese was born in 1970 to Crawford and Jane Hendrix and attended Southeast Bulloch High School where she was loved by many classmates. During her senior year of high school, she was crowned homecoming queen, awarded a senior superlative, and received other honors. She planned to major in Communication Arts. This scholarship is available to a graduating senior from Southeast Bulloch High School. Janese’s parents work very closely with the Principal, teachers, and counselors in order to make the selection.
