Helen Thackston Lewis Scholarship

Established in 1984, this scholarship memorializes the life of Helen Thackston Lewis. Lewis was the daughter of Floy and DeeDee Thackston, avid supporters of Georgia Southern University. Helen graduated from Statesboro High School before she passed in 1960. This scholarship is available to full-time, outstanding students attending Georgia Southern University.
