Cap Mallard Scholarship

Created in 1989, the Cap Mallard Scholarship was established by his son and daughter-in-law, Bobby H. Mallard and Josephine Mallard. Cap Mallard was born in 1912 in Statesboro and remained a community figure for his entire life until his passing in 1989. This scholarship is available to rising seniors majoring in Construction Management.
