Among her successes, Routman won Directing Honors from the Kennedy Center/American College Theatre Festival and the Moses True Brown Award for Excellence in Theatre History from Tufts University. She was also no stranger to community outreach, teaching at the Seattle Children’s Theatre, American Conservatory Theatre, Marin Theatre Group, and South Coast Repertory. This scholarship is available to students wishing to pursue the study of Theatre in a study abroad program or are participating in a summer theatre program.
