John H. Daily Political Science Scholarship

Established in 1994, the John H. Dailey Political Science Scholarship was created to aid seniors in the political science department. Dailey earned his Bachelor’s degree from Western State University in 1965 and went on to earn his Master’s and Doctorate from Kent State University in 1968 and 1973 respectively. Dailey served as a professor of Political Science and Public Administration at Georgia Southern and was named Distinguished Professor of Teaching and Learning in 1996 for his achievements.
