Edward A. Abercrombie Memorial Scholarship

The Edward A. Abercrombie Memorial Scholarship was established to honor the late alumnus by his wife, Mary Abercrombie. Edward A. Abercrombie graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1956 with a degree in Industrial Arts Education and held a passion for teaching. Abercrombie was elected Alumnus of the Year in 1976 and continued to contribute to the College of Education at the Georgia Southern University Athletic Foundation. This scholarship will be given to students majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
