Stuber-EMC Civil Engineering Scholarship
The Stuber-EMC Civil Engineering Scholarship was established in 1991 by Larry Stuber, a professional engineer and president of EMC Engineering Services, Inc., in Savannah, Georgia. Stuber is an alumnus of Louisiana State University and Georgia Technical College. He also bravely served in the Vietnam War. This scholarship serves to maintain and further strengthen the academic programs within Georgia Southern University’s Allen E. Paulson College of Engineering and Computing and the Department of Civil Engineering and Construction Management.
