Bhatia Foundation Science Scholarship

Dr. Sarvan Bhatia and Prem L. Bhatia established the Bhatia Foundation Scholarship in 2007 to aid students planning to teach Science Education. The late Dr. Sarvan Bhatia faced adversity as he immigrated from India in the 1940’s, but he persevered with a belief of caring for others. Also from India, Prem L. Bhatia helped establish the Bhatia Foundation, Inc. which offers aid to students in need. The Bhatia Foundation Science Scholarship is available to a full-time, student majoring in science education with a minimum G.P.A. of 3.5. Must be a rising junior or senior. Financial need is a consideration.
