D Earl Lavender Award in Mathematics

Scholarship is honor of Dr. Earl Lavender who taught mathematics at Georgia Southern University from 1966-1998. He was Chair of the Mathematics Department from 1970-1974 and of the Math and Computer Sciences Department from 1974-1988. The scholarship hjonors his long service to Georgia Southern and to his love of the subject.
