Thomas Graduate Studies in Public Health Scholarship

The Thomas Graduate Studies in Public Health Scholarship was established in 2006 by Dr. and Mrs. Donald R. Thomas. Dr. Thomas and his wfe, Emma, are both 1955 graduates of Georgia Southern. Dr. Thomas continued his education and became a doctor, serving for over 45 years. Dr. Thomas has also served as a Georgia State Senator. The scholarship is available to deserving graduate students enrolled in the Jiann-Ping Hsu College of Public Health.
