Albert C. Worrell International Endowment

Established in 2001, this scholarship was established by Dr. Nancy W. Shumaker in memory of her father, Dr. Albert Worrell. Dr. Albert Worrell was named Edwin W. Professor Emeritus of Forest Policy, served on faculty at Yale University from 1955 until he retired in 1983. During his time at Yale, Dr. Worrell held visiting appointments at universities in Chile, Germany, and Australia. This scholarship is available to students who plan to broaden their academic career with international study experiences.
